Announcement: Dr. Soon-Chang Yoon wins prestigious award!

On March 25, 2008 Dr. Soon-Chang Yoon was awarded the Red Stripe Order of Service Merit. This award was conferred by the President of the Korean Government in recognition of the highest distinguished civilian service at the 2008 Meteorological Day medal ceremony.
